Colin offers one to one online training, this is delivered via video calls (Skype, Messenger, etc), email and by online documentation.
You will be guided through an initial online questionnaire and movement screening assessment before sitting down to your initial interview. Through your interview we will discuss your lifestyle and goals, and how best to approach your training.
From this you will be provided with a training program to best suit your individual lifestyle, starting point and goals.
