Small Group Training.
Minutes
Our small group sessions are lead by highly experienced small group instructors. The group sessions will generally have a 4 to 6 week program with two to three sessions a week. For maximum benefit it is essential to attend the majority of these sessions.
Whilst the sessions do have an overarching plan, our instructors are highly experienced and about to modify them mid-class to accommodate any level of ability.
